Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and send a return.

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested before they are sent — items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at support@lawsonandhart.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package, including the return address.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; the exact cost depends on the carrier you choose. If the return is due to our error (for example a damaged, defective or incorrect item), you do not pay any return costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Contact us at support@lawsonandhart.com and we will arrange the exchange with you: once your return is registered, we send out the replacement item (for example a different size or colour) as soon as we have confirmation that the original item is on its way back.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will send you a free replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and checked your return. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the return. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return to sender

If an order is returned to us due to refusal or failure to collect the parcel, 15% of the purchase amount will be deducted to cover administrative and handling costs.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on bras and underwear, regardless of whether they have been tried on or used.
