Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST, Sydney time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Processing time

Your order is accepted, quality-checked and packed. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5-12 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout, before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with your personal tracking link, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Logistics partners

We work with reliable logistics partners; the carrier is selected based on your delivery address.

Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed it is immediately prepared for shipment by our automated systems, so a completed order can unfortunately not be cancelled. You always have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund — see our Return & Refund Policy.
